The PM 120 is the ideal machine for workshops and communities; it is robust and features an innovative but easy-to-use design.

Like the other models, you can make fresh pasta using any type of flour, with or without eggs, and colour it by adding various ingredients (such as spinach, tomato, beetroot, cocoa, etc.).

Equipped with a double tank, our PM120 operates in a continuous cycle, enabling high hourly pasta production. The high quality of the finished product is ensured by a water cooling system in the extrusion tube, which maintains a constant temperature.
